3facilities shown

Only 3 facilities have usable published records in this boundary. We show those records without inventing a list of ten companies. Choose a nearby district above for explicitly broader coverage.

Ranking uses modeled facility emissions in tonnes of CO₂-equivalent (100-year), excluding forestry and city-wide aggregates. A facility may be run by a company or a public authority. Multiple emission streams at the same named site are combined. Ownership is not a company-wide footprint or an allocation of responsibility for all emissions.

  1. Contract awarded

AAI recorded a contract for additional HT power cable serving the electricity connection and solar plant at Trichy Airport.

  2. Maintenance tender

The 2026–27 civil maintenance tender includes the airport’s solar plant area. A tender does not prove completed work or carbon savings.

No quantified facility carbon reduction is claimed from these records. The ranked Climate TRACE streams cover domestic and international aviation; solar infrastructure work does not establish lower aircraft emissions.

Ariyamangalam waste site · activity milestones
  1. Reported remediation

The city climate plan reports about 7.76 lakh m³ of legacy waste bio-mined, with 3.32 lakh m³ remaining at Ariyamangalam. These are waste volumes, not tonnes of CO₂ avoided.

Trichy Climate Resilient City Action Plan, section 4.5.4 ↗
  2. Procurement milestone

Official procurement listing identifies Phase III remediation of legacy waste through biomining at Ariyamangalam. Completion and emissions savings are not established by the listing.

    Tamil Nadu eProcurement, 02/2025–2026 Serial No.01 ↗

Waste-removal activity is not a measured greenhouse-gas reduction. The inventory trend is shown independently and may increase despite remediation work.

  2. Environmental review

ADB lists an updated environmental examination for Tiruchirappalli’s underground sewerage programme. This is project documentation, not proof of carbon reductions.

Coverage, methodology & disclosure review

Ranking covers facilities represented in the selected Climate TRACE dataset, not every company operating in the area. City aggregates are excluded, missing emissions are not treated as zero, and duplicate source IDs are rejected. If the provider result is incomplete, the previous verified ranking is retained.

Company and operator milestones are separately researched public statements, reviewed 2026-11-03. They are not automatically refreshed by the emissions button. Corporate intensity targets, facility emissions, planned projects and completed work have different boundaries. Only the original report can establish its stated assurance scope; these cards do not certify a company as net zero.
